Set a new PR distance for myself today -- 7 miles! And I feel every damn inch of it. I was improperly hydrated and had a sore back when I started. I stopped sweating at about 55 min. in but kept pushing and I can feel the distress this put my muscles through. I will definitely be chilling the rest of today and tomorrow.
