Approx. time and distance because I kept forgetting to turn the watch back on. Sadie ran with me and she was lagging. I need to take her along more often. I'm sure she slept all afternoon while I was out.
Was a bit late (5 minutes) to yoga. I'm glad they let me in, although I ended up right in the front. I usually like to get in the back and just tuck inside myself and do the yoga. Oh well.
