There ended up being a beginner Yoga class in our time slot. So Christy and I decided to door our own sessions. I didn't remember all the poses but the pose I did remember impressed me. I also was able to work on my bretahing

I had one of the best swims ever. I didn't stop at any time. i just kept swimming. Wow was that a great work out. I switched back and forth between breast and freestyle. The 1st 100 was all freestyle. I feel fast in the fresstyle and i am pacing myself and actually going faster than floundering.

Horrible, horrible run. I was super tight even after stretching. I felt tired. I started chafing due to the new short I was trying out. It was painful for me even to keep going but I did finish.
Wow, did that run suck.
I am going to take it easy regroup focus on the swim and bike this week and really prepare myself for the 10K on Sun....maybe a light brick later this week to get my wheels back.

Swim felt good. I wanted to go longer but i could feel myself cramping up a bit. The water helped loosen things up
