Damn snow in April.
I spent the whole day at the hospital. It was emotionally and physically exhausting. I got home and took a nap and basically lied around and unpacked.
i was going to bike but didn't have the strength.
I am sorta depressed hence the medium pizza...comfort zone in certain foods

Another day of heavy lifting (2x4,plywood), lots of nailing, screwing and cutting. We continued building the floor.
I don't care what anyone says but I think that counts for a workout.
We got up early in the morning and started working again on the back room. Wow, was I sore...my hamstrings were burning. They had never been this tight even with all the training I had been doing. The day was really windy and poured all day.
Around noon, I recieved a phone call from my brother. My grandmother was in the hospital and the MD were giving her from 2 hours to days to live. I called my mom and she asked me to come home. I packed all my gear in the ouring rain but the bike on the car and headed home. Usually the trip takes 6 1/2 hours but due to the weather it took me almost 8 hours to get to the hospital. I spent 3 hours at the hos, my grandmother doesn't look good but she was hanging in. They are not sure whats wrong with her. After all the hard work in the morning along with the 8 hour drive and emotional exhaustion I was spent. I had a light dinner with my parents and then headed home and crashed

We spent all day rebuilding the back of his room. So lots of heavy lifting (2x4,plywood), lots of nailing, screwing and cutting. We leveled out the roof and started building the floor.
I don't care what anyone says but I think that counts for a workout.
We woke up early drove down to Home Depot. I was supposed to have a phone interview today but they never called. We actually had to drive 30 mins out b/c my cellphone had no reception.
I resisted a fastfood breakfest (very proud) and when the phone call never came we headed back to the house and started leveling out the ceiling and the floor. We made damn good progress. It was really shitty outside and rained the majority of the day. After all the lifting, drilling and hammering I was exhausted and figured that workout was better than a 30 min run.

We woke up early and headed down to the river to look at D's boat and get some fishin in. It was fridgid on the water. It was actually warmer in Pgh then in VA. We had planned to do some fishing but it was pointless b/c of the water temp, the overcast, and the high winds.
After several hour on the water. We headed back in. We came home to warm up and watch "The incredibles" (good flick) Took a shower and went oer to watch Survivor at friends of Kara's place. When we got back in it was dark and I didn't have the trainer setup. So I didn't get a chance to workout. I was bothered by that.

OFFDAY
I traveled the rest of the day down to VA. Beore i left I scheduled a soak, a massage, and a reflexology treatment to reward myself for all the hard work I have done.
The soak sucked-a bath tub jaccuzzi, The message was ok but not great and the reflexiology was awesome!! The only problem is that I waited around sometime more than a hour before treatment and I made it quite clear that I need to leave by noon. Well that never happen, but I did have a wonderful lunch.
When I arrived I was exhausted and it was to dark to get in a run.

Great longer run than expected but I didn't care...I tried working on some technique but mainly I need the mileage.
