Though I wore my garmin, I am trying to make it a habbit to run without looking at the info provided by it. I felt really calm and relaxed on the first mile, but the remainer I felt slow, sluggish, tired, and tense. My thought is that I have not been consistent enough lately and that the hills started taking their toll. My plan is to run 3 miles tomorrow at a slightly slower pace.
Would like to get a short bike and/or swim in later today.
