Rest day today. Got a good bike ride planned for the morning. Maybe we can get a short swim in as well to try out the new wetsuit.

Rest day. Was planning a short Strength workout for midday, but it just got too busy for me. Bummer.

Rest day today. Made the drive back from Palm Springs, took a nice afternoon nap and into work for a few hours in the evening. Training starts again bright and early tomorrow morning.

Rode with Elie, Paul and friends from Kobe's in Seal Beach to HB pier and back. Beautiful ride.
Practice swim with my new wetsuit in Alamitos Bay. Much too cold (55 degrees) for a swim workout. But the wetsuit felt really fast in the water.
