Swam with Heidi again. The swim felt great and I think swimming with my wife actually makes me faster. However, I will never be able to keep up with her. She swam a 1:52/100 at the end of the workout without even trying. I have never done a 100 that fast. Who knows how fast she could swim if she were in shape.

WU-10 minutes on bike; really struggled this morning. The legs were sore and it felt like my HR was up. I am wondering if I am over-training...Once I got into it I was fine and the Core workout was good. But I think I need some rest.

Great run. My friend Paul ran the first 1.5 miles or so with me and then turned for his three miler. I tried what little ChiRunning techniques I know and I felt good at the end of the run. Definitely a milestone for me.

Rest day today. I must say I am looking forward to it since this past week I completed all of my planned workouts and then some for almost 10 full hours of training. It does not sound like that much for a triathlete but for me that is a big step. Especially with the job demands and catering to a wife and four kids. It is never boring, that's for sure.
