MS: 10x2' up a hill at 65-70 RPMS. Recover on the downhills. HR on the uphills can hit low Z4. Keep HR in Zone 1-2 otherwise.

It was a pretty good workout all things considered. I was making the hill from Pioneer and Patriot to Jamboree and Pioneer in about 2:30 for the most part. No telling what my HR was, but I will be able to tell you after the 29th, when my new Garmin 405CX gets here. I can't wait!!!

Rest day today. I think I have earned it. I had a good week of training and now I am getting ready to start my 20 week HIM plan, which begins officially on 3/27. I am looking forward to stepping up my training to the next level. To make it that much more significant, I am pulling the trigger today on my new Garmin. I am ordering a 405CX off of Ebay for $299. That's a pretty good price compared to what I have found elsewhere. Now, it's time to get serious! :)
