I absolutly HATE this workout. I feel like I get nothing but frustration out of it. This one was not as bad as the last steady state. I did it on the trainer and was able to do a bit better. I almost got off after about 35m of trying to keep in my zone but kept putting myself through the hell of it. Things ended alright but still sucked real bad. 1h9m32s in my 5bpm zone

Good swim,
I like the tri set, even though the bottom of the pool was pretty slick and I kept slipping.
Good run, longest to date. I felt pretty good for most of the run. Kept m pace for almost the entire time. Used 3-8oz bottels of infinit nutrition. Didnt feel tired until about the last 0.25mi. No sickness.

Good ride. I kept it real hard for the 10m efforts. This one definatly hurts....

Trails were real muddy but fun to get a break from the roads. I ran at an m pace for most of the run, even though my overall speed doesnt show it.

Real good run this morning. I found real long hill that had some steep sections and ran it real hard and fast. It leveled out for about the last 45s so I ran the last 45 real real hard.
Fun ride. I did the fisrt 45 in neighborhoods working on both tight turns and wide turns with speed. The last 45 was on up in the hills working on cresting. While doing that I also worked on my turns getting between the hills.
