After strength training 4 interval runs recovered on the bike while Vicki ran. This was one of the best workouts I've had in a long time. Not b/c I was going ultra fast, it was just fun to writ w/ my wife!
Worked out w/ my wife. We did:
Squat thrust x 50
W/ 5 burpees & 10 bdwt rows on the minute
Total Time: :08.40
