Felt ok on this ride. Seemed like I had wind the whole time. Plus, my front brake rubbed the first 2 miles, had to fix that.

Brick run. Wanted to see if my increased fluid intake made a difference with my gut. Sugar syrup on my waffle this morning did not sit will in the gut. I know better.
Since I have a head cold, not really. My HR was jacked up due to my cold medicine. Overall ok though, not complaining.

OWS at the lake. Dang I was fast today! LOL!! Actually, I'm feeling so much smoother in the water finally. I feel tall and long- I feel like my reach is good and my kick is tight. Finally.

legs felt good once I got going. I ran this pretty hard. Not sure why.

Had a campfire tonight with some friends, including Mindy, Kevin, Tia, Crystal, and A. Had a really nice time.

Travel day home from OH. Phew my legs are sore! So is my neck and oddly, my triceps. Maybe my follow-through with my swim stroke was pretty good?? :)
My race report is up. Feel free to read and learn from my mistakes! I am so excited to have done this race. I couldn't have done it without the love and support from my family, my friends, my tri family, and most importantly, Mike. Thank you so much for all of the positive encouragement and advice. I really appreciate it!! Next up, the Boilerman!!
