I don't know what kind of run this was but I needed it BADLY. Then other thing about this run is I sweated nothing but Portland cement.

Most may know I work part time as a LifeGuard for the East and West Shore YMCA.  The East shore Y pool is closed for 2 weeks for maintenance.  We are grouting the entire pool and it is hard manual labor type work.  I am on my hands and knees pushing a grout float back and forth.  Then wet wiping and dry buffing after.  This has caused huge blister on my hands.  Besides the sore tired muscles this is really put my tri training into a funk. 

Monday I had a bad sore throat which started Sunday morning before my LiveStrong century ride.  I took Monday off it got better for me to return to work on Tuesday.
