Cool humidity so weather was real nice. I was somewhat recovered, seemed flat in power but didn't push. HR was in a nice zone. This was a great change compared to all that heat I was dealing with last week. Total ascent 1560ft.

Not a good run. I cracked at 15 miles and stopped at 16 mile and walked the last 4 miles. I guess it's what will happen at LP. I am really not happy with all of the "giving up" that's been going on. It seems to be happening way too much for me. My mental toughness is not as strong as it once was.

Hot, hilly then windy, did I say long. Total ascent was 10,002 ft. That's a lot of climbing and at mile 100 I had 9100ft of climbing. This ride will definitely put some hair on you.

Two water stops. My nutrition was 12 water bottles, 1 Coke, 1 SOBE, 12 shot blocks, 3 Gu's, 2 Power bars, 1 Tasty Cake Apple pie (gone in 2 bites) and 1 banana.
