I have my first race of the year this weekend. I am trying to pull myself back together after last week. My right glut was giving me fits after a run on the 6th. Then I pulled a muscle in my right shoulder the same day. The shoulder has got me concerned. It really is affecting my swim. Oh yes I forgot a week before a Half Iron I decided not to ride my bike. What a mess and I am sure I will suffer dearly for it. Not a good example from a experienced triathlete.
