I think I was long on some of the pull/swim sets. Not uncommon for me to lose count on those sets. All in all it was good to do some fast sets again.

Unscheduled rest day. A hornet stung me twice on the ankle during my run yesterday morning. Not sure how I got stung where I did, it was just under the tongue of my shoe. My whole left foot from high on the ankle swelled to the size of a boot. Todays long ride is unfortunately scrapped as my foot doesn't fit in my cycling shoe. Not sure if I will run tomorrow AM yet or not. Swimming I don’t think will be a problem.
