HCT run after work with K in the stroller. Windy!

Marathon is a'coming all too soon! Must be more disciplined with mid-week runs.  This week I have 3 miles each on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

I will need to pick up some Scratch or Osmo before heading out for vacation, and should get some new shoes soon--the ones I have are from pre-Vineman, I think!  My fuelbelt could use an update, as one of the bottles has a tendency to fall out when full.
