Good workout with hills I was dripping sweat, but might have as much to do with the humidity after a ton of rain last night, but either way felt good. My legs really need some work. I don't think they are any where near as strong as they were last year.

Legs were very heavy....very slow but ok run. I've got a chest cold that I keep thinking is going to have me coughing through the whole run, but amazingly I don't cough at all when I'm running. I did however managed to cough all through the school orientation for my youngest son and the awards ceremony for my oldest son last nigh. hmmmm maybe the taco bell I had for dinner had something to do with the not so great run too. I can't believe I used to love that stuff..or maybe that was only at 2 a.m.

This run felt amazingly good especially considering the hills that I ran in the first 3ish miles.

Metric Century canceled due to fires in the area. It was a beautiful day for a ride. Just rode out Clear Creek and up to 104th and then towards Golden stopping at I-70.

Nothing like a little rain to get you running faster...or maybe it was the fact that much of the run was downhill. :) Dropped my car off at the mechanics and ran home. It's nice to be able to do that. It was not always something I would do..even without the rain!

Garmin issues....for some reason it could not find a satellite. I spent the first part of the run messing around, turning it off and on, finally I just decided to run and it was a full 2 and 1/2 minutes before it found a signal...crazy. This run felt really good. The only slight issues I seemed to have were feet ones. I just don't about these Cortanas. Seem like the want to aggravate the neroma as well as the toes because of the big old chunky plastic piece in the front of the shoe....still debating on if they should go back...I WANT TO LOVE THEM... :)
