Very slow but I got out there and mile 1 & 2 was mostly uphill. Moving on little sleep and far to hot. Even though it was cooler this morning not the typical colorado cool morning....these three digit temps need to move on.

All in all not an awful run. Some coughing but it really seems to be more of an irritation thing rather than anything else. I've just been coughing toooo long. Legs felt really heavy and felt really out of shape but other than that...it was good. :)

Oh my how slow! :) But I was really trying to keep my HR in zone 2 and I made it. 134 is the top of my zone 2....as figured by my Garmin... if I was to use the 220-age I would be at like a top hr of 120...well hell there would be no running..as it is I felt like I wasn't doing anything. Run was suppose to be 45 min. lost track of time tracking HR and then I was so close to 4 miles I had to keep going. I did find it interesting though when checking the McMillan running paces for my speed (at least from a bit ago) the pace for a easy run was 12:50 to 13:20 so I was right on there also. I just need to make sure to get the "speed work" in too. I do believe the cough was better this morning...hardley any gagging! :) Pureflows...not sure if I'm sold on them. You would think the extra cush would feel good, but it almost seems to make my feet hurt. Also messes with Achilles so will need to continue trying in small doses. ...wow much babbling this morning. Also didn't make it to the pool last night so really need to try and get there this evening
