What a great day for a run! A finely executed race if I do say so myself.  Faltered a little bit at miles 11-12 but still finished with a great time.  That's a shiny 4.5 minute PR for me!  First PR at any distance in 2 years.  That feels good :)

Rest day for me here with the race in the morning.  Went down and did the packet pickup this afternoon.  Forgot there was a free meal and beer so that was a bonus!
