Great swim. Felt balanced and very natural in the water. Did my longest continous swim to date.

Easy run to test out the ankle. Iced it and elevated each day prior to help it recover. No frills to this run... just easy pace

No clue on the distance. Had a good start but then the kids swim team needed my lane. The got the lane lines out for a couple more and then I started again. I would guess it would have been around 2000 but lost focus.
Left ankle definately hurt. Pointing my feet hurt a little and I definately felt my body compensate. Balance was off and kick was weak on the left side.

Run with my father in law in Canton. Good morning run. Right knee was a little pissy all day after. Must have stepped of a curb funny or twisted it strangely.

Great ride with Giacomo from BT. Longest ride so far this year. The ride started pretty cold at 47 and stuck around low 50s until about an hour in. I need to work on fueling before a long workout and during. I had a pack of shot bloks and a cliff shot with gatorade but felt like I ran out of juice at the 35 mile mark. Overall a great ride. Nice to meet someone from BT... Lets just say he smoked me.
