Supposed to bike today but it is a scorcher out there... plus the wife confronted me about the training like kanders got yesterday. I will probably not budge much with the whole training aspect. I just need to be smarter about it. No more afternoon workouts because she feels it gets in the way of "us" time. So I just need to change a little focus and make sure the QT is actual QT not just t.

AM Run. Where are the BT SOX testers?

Here is a word problem. When Justin runs 2 laps he will run 3.2 miles. When he runs 4 laps he runs 6.4 miles. How many miles does he run if he runs 3 laps?

I can tell you that it is not 4 per all my blog entries prior. Needless to say I will be going back and changing my previous blogs.

Swim

PM Swim. Make up exercisio. I don't specifically remember the distance. Crazy at the pool. Again had to switch lanes for swim club but it was instantaneous. Swam somemore then had to split the lane. Swam somemore then had to circle with 3 people. Swam somemore. Then back to spliting. Swam somemore then stopped. All within 40 minutes so I lost count a lot. I think it all broke down to my average 1,900 but probably a little more.

June 25

Weight is back. I think that I came close to bonking the ride looking back at it. At the end when I started to go flat I remember that I was starting to get a headache and I know that my legs were starting to cramp. My speed went from an easy 17-18mph to a struggle to hit 15. I need to work on fueling before a long ride over 2 hours and need to keep up hydrration and fueling during them as well.

Sticks a little sore. No big issues. I don't believe my scale for my weight this morning. Unless the ride took a lot out of me (~6lbs in one day?) Swim tomorrow.
