Not a good run. Convinced by the spouse to head out too soon after eating so we could hit the beach later in the day. Had a 3.5 mile loop planned at a nearby park. Got two miles into it and thought I was going to vomit, and had bad stomach cramps. So I walked for a bit. However, as soon as I stopped to walk, I was swarmed by Mosquitos. They were biting me everywhere. So I ran again, then the nausea set in, so I walked. Then the mosquitos took over. Can you tell? The last 1.5 miles was awesome. Got home and passed out on the couch for an hour.

Good start to the day. I switched my off day from Friday to Wednesday due to a stomach bug yesterday, but felt great today. I did learn that I'm still uncomfortable in my shoes on up hills. When I tried to stand up on the sprints I'd wobble and almost fall over.
