Hill ride on the trainer. 6x5min hills. Avg cadence = 77, max speed = 19.69. Drank 24oz water. 171lbs before ride, 168lbs after. Watched an episode of The Simpsons and episode 7 of Homeland (good show!)

Columbia Triathlon - 2:38:30. Not my best on this course, not my worst. Had a 29:31 swim (missed tying my PR by 1 sec), a 1:14:09 on the bike (20.3mph, PR), and a tough run of 49:16 (7:57 pace). Pleased with the effort, but my run is still not where I want it to be.

I moved my normal Friday run to yesterday evening, and plan on skipping my swim tonight for a "mini-taper." One missed swim, a short one at that, is not going to make or break my IM, and should help the legs and swim muscles feel better for Sunday.

Trainer ride. I had planned 1:15, but had issues with "my" Garmin. Turns out, it was actually B's. When I finally got mine, it died 12min into my ride. 166.5lbs before ride, 164.5lbs after. Drank ~20oz water. Watched episode 6 of "The River" and an episode of TDS.
Training run, to Simpson & back via Old Hopkins. 75 degrees, partly cloudy and humid 166.5lbs before run, 162.5 lbs after.
