Pindell school loop. 37 degrees and clear. 172.5 before run, 170.5 after. Pretty soon, it'll be too cold for shorts...
It's sad how little strength training can make my chicken chest sore. My arms feel OK, I'm presuming they had some work from swimming.

I had fully planned on running 4 to 5 today, but had a splitting head ache all afternoon. I decided to bag it when I got home, though still got in a little strength training.

Training ride. 53 and clear at the finish. Warm sun, a cool breeze, rolling hills, and orange trees - what a great day for a ride. :-) 172 lbs before ride, 171 lbs after. Drank 10oz water. Cleaned off the bike, "Ricky-Bobby" before riding. He was covered in nasty ass Powerbar Perform drink.

We finally made it back to Maryland last night. It was a good trip, but it sure did feel good to sleep in our own bed again. :-)
