My back / leg is worse today compared to yesterday.

Ran for the first time yesterday but forgot to log it. It was slow and painful. I took a ~2mile walk afterwards which was a nice cool down.

My back / leg is still bothering me. I was feeling 90-95 % better on Saturday, and was finally encouraged. I still took it easy. Unfortunately, I regressed on Sunday, and I think again somewhat today. Back to painkillers.

Training run, to Simpson & back. ~50 degrees and overcast. I mainly felt the pain in my left calf. I'm really out of shape
