Training for IMLP

TGIF.
Two good things from yesterday: Vanderbilt finally got the damn monkey off its back regarding first round NCAA losses. I was a nervous wreck yesterday. Second, I went 14/16 in most of my brackets, which puts me 2nd in some pretty big pools. Not too shabby.

Training run, to Simpson & back. 70 degrees and sunny. My first back to back run in a while, and it sucked.
I'm getting really excited and anxious for tomorrow's start of March Maddness, and Vandy's game against Harvard. Vandy has the talent to go to the Final Four, and the toughness to either go to the Final Four or lose the opening game. Given that the team has choked in the first round in the last 3 tournament appearances, I'm taking nothing for granted.

Run to Simpson & back. Time is an estimate because Garmin died at about 1 mile.
Getting better, but my runs are still very tough. It's amazing how out of shape you can get in ~ 1 month. Also, allergy season kicking in doesn't help me at all.

Woke up with a terrible headache and a sore leg. LJ screamed for 20 minutes straight while B was walking the dog to make the morning even better.
