I've been doing ~2 sets of chin ups almost every day for about a month, but haven't been logging them. I started at about 5 per set, spread out over the course of a day. Yesterday, I did sets of 10, 9, and 8. I'm going to try to start logging them just to keep track.

Longish run. Did the last mile of the MD half course, then the first 8.44 for a total of 9.44 of the course. At that point, I was too hot and tired to do the whole thing, so took the most direct route home. 81 degrees and sunny. 179lbs at start, 172.5lbs at finsh. Drank 24oz Gatorade and 8oz water. I think the main reason I had trouble today is a lot of miles through the week, calorie restriction the past few days, and being a bit dehydrated at the start (wine last night). Overall, I'm not worried.
