Tempo run, Pindell school loop. My plan called for a 4 mile Fartlek, but I decided to just run the middle 3 miles hard. Mile splits - 7:50 (warm up), 7:18, 7:05, 7:02, 7:10 (cool down), 6:38 (.16 miles down hill). 180.5lbs before run, 177lbs after. Around 75 degrees, overcast, and SUPER humid since it had been raining all day. Also, my inner Beavis and Butt-head still laughs when I hear Fartlek. Huh huh huh....
