I had a GREAT first Father's Day yesterday. I got to sleep in, finish "The Hunger Games" while the baby napped, go for a longish run, have a few beverages at a microbrew, and most importantly spend time with the family.

Training run, Hall shop loop + JH and back. 73 degrees and sunny. 178lbs before run, 174.5lbs after. Ate 1 gel before run, and drank 40oz Gatorade during. Drank 8oz at miles 2, 4, 6, 8 and 9.

Training run, to Simpson & back via Old Hopkins. 178lbs before run, 174.5lbs after. 73 degrees and sunny
Did several hours of walking in the sun in downtown Baltimore today - I'd guess about 5 - 7 miles.

Easy run with the family, B took Dex & I ran with Lilly in the BOB. 86 degrees, sunny and VERY humid
Training run with a higher speed. Plan called for a 4 mile Fartlek. To Simpson & back via Old Hopkins. A little cooler, but very very humid. 175 lbs after run.
