Training run, Hall shop loop. 73 degrees and sunny. 180lbs before run, 176lbs after. Drank 32 oz water (8 oz each at miles 3, 5, and 6.5). This was a tough run at first - my legs just didn't feel into it. But I made myself HTFU and kept pushing, and negative split the run.

On an annoying note, I went to put on a Zoot tri top before my ride, and the zipper was totally shot. I've only worn it a handful of times - I just expect better for a shirt that expensive.

Any outdoor activities were killed due to the torrential downpour and tornado warnings in the evening, and I just didn't have the mental toughness to setup the trainer or go to the fitness center to run.  Oh well, I'll "make it up" over the weekend.
