Training run, Hall shop loop. 73 degrees and sunny. 180lbs before run, 176lbs after. Drank 32 oz water (8 oz each at miles 3, 5, and 6.5). This was a tough run at first - my legs just didn't feel into it. But I made myself HTFU and kept pushing, and negative split the run.
Training ride, to Linthincum. 77 degrees and sunny. Drank 24oz water. I took my old Roadie since my P2 had a flat and I didn't feel like fixing it.
On an annoying note, I went to put on a Zoot tri top before my ride, and the zipper was totally shot. I've only worn it a handful of times - I just expect better for a shirt that expensive.

Easy recovery type run with the family. B ran with Dexter, & I pushed Lilly in the BOB. It was her first run & I think she had fun!
