My back feels a little better today, but is still pretty damn sore.  Today is a planned day off, so hopefully that will help.  I have no idea what happened, I just woke up really sore.  It's the same side (left) as my previous injury, but feels much higher up - actually on my back as opposed to my leg / butt

I don't know why, but my back was REALLY sore when I woke up this morning.  I'm bailing on my planned run - it hurts to just walk.  I did get my swim in.  It's annoying to go from 0 missed workouts for the first 9 weeks, and then have two in week 10.
