Looooong trainer ride. Forecast was calling for storms all day and it was raining when I started.... then got beautiful for over 5 hours. Avg cadence = 81, max speed = 18.33. 169 lbs before ride, 168 lbs after. Drank 120 oz of Gatorade and 72oz water. Had a GU at one hour and chomps at 2 hours. Watched "Django Unchained", "John Carter" and 2 episodes of Futurama.

We were up early today so B could race Celebration - she had a tough swim but I'm very proud of her finish! With everything going on this weekend, I missed out on the long swim, but my swimming is only for maintenance of fitness at this point so I'll be fine. Next week is going to be tough due to work commitments, and next week will also be very busy. Man, I need a break!
