ran with the running group and got in a little over three. hammies and FEET still very sore !

Legs and lower back still quite sore! .. oddly enough, the bottom of my right foot really hurts.

Mentally I am feeling a bit better too ... I think this come down is pretty typical 'me' behavior.  [I remember feeling really low after Richmond --- a 10 minute PR and one week after I found out I passed the Maryland Bar.] next week training starts for the Columbia Oly and Rhode Island 70.3 !

I'm sure I'm not the only one on BT that feels this way --- I need to be building, training, tapering, or racing! down time is rough for me Surprised
