Went to the podiatrist yesterday (my friend's ex-girlfriend --- how funny is that?) and she said that my ligiments are kind of loose (yay for babies) and I just need more support. Scanned my foot for orthodics AND found out that my insurance will cover 100% (all $550 - phew)

SO cold though -- 22* at the start, and only warmed up to 27* by the end. The wind didn't really pick up until the last couple of miles, so thank god for small favors :)
