honestly -- this was supposed to be 20 mi, but I just don't have (whatever it is) in me anymore. I just want to do this marathon so my last marathon isn't a DNF and move on to half marys. I do enjoy running but I find myself really enjoying my little 5-6 milers around the neighborhood and really NOT enjoying anything over 12ish miles.
Also, I had to stop at mile 10 and SOB because of this audiobook. It's SO good but SO sad ! (The Fault in Our Stars)

Things looking pretty good on the weight loss front. I was 180 lbs at my highest during pregnancy -- about a 50 lb weight gain (yikes!). I got down to 140 pretty easily (thanks to breastfeeding for 9 mo, I guess), but the last 15ish have been a PITA. I was about 130-135 when I did IM Cozy, but that's a little higher than I like (I gained about 5-7 lbs during IM training and no, it was not all muscle). I'm trying to get back to 125, which is doable, I think I'm currently at 133.8, so I've lost about 4 lbs since I started logging my food and exercise again.

Felt good, great effort.
Wanted to break 50 again but knew it would be tough on a course with this many hills !
