Easy recovery ride (w/ some accelerations) with Andy Jordan's. Quads kinda sore from P'tree yesterday.
250wu; 400 RPE4 (5:15), 4x100 RPE7 on 1:45 (held 1:10s); 300wd. Had to cut it short to make ride on time.

July 4
Peachtree Road Race. Damn, I feel like I'm never gonna get this right. Goal was sub 45 minutes. Warmed up with about 2 miles, felling pretty good. First 3 miles, I was right on schedule (a little ahead actually, since the first half of the race are severeley downhill. BUt then the trouble started. The night before, we went out to Taco Mac for dinner and I had a serious craving for wings. So I had 20 "3 Mile Island" wings. In retrospect, not a good idea. In the last three miles, I had severe stomach issues (and 3 panic-induced potty stops). Finished in 51:03. Damn. Dman damn damn.
