Wow...tapering is awesome...for the first time in months, my legs felt fresh. That was close to a minute faster than I've ever run that course, and it never felt hard. In fact, the group kept talking about how fast we were going, but it just didn't seem like it.
First 2 miles in 15:22, second 2 miles in 14:21.
