15' wu/cd with 4x(20' big gear intervals/5' easy spinning).
Oh...on the trainer. When I was done, I swear it looked like NOLA after Katrina in my living room.
I have 17 hours of workouts this week, with >10 of that on the bike. And of all the workouts, I dreaded that trainer ride the most. but now it's done. Caloo calay.
