First real ride on tri bike. Hoped to blow away my old time, but it was about the same. Still working up to such an aggressive position, and learning the handling on the new bike. Forgot HR strap. (bike path to Worthington turnaround, then to Dublin Road and back)
My first brick since December, and it was a pretty big one! Happy with my run. Almost gave up a couple times. Forgot HR strap. (Loops around neighborhood.)
Very difficult to even begin this workout. Totally fatigued from prior workouts.

Took it very easy due to pushing two kids (60+ lbs total) on slight hills. Also my legs and knees were feeling tight from weird workout in the a.m. Didn't stop much - just couldn't go very fast. Good workout though. Also managed to contain tummy troubles despite eating two huge slices of pizza and a salad about 15 minutes before running.
