Took it very easy due to pushing two kids (60+ lbs total) on slight hills. Also my legs and knees were feeling tight from weird workout in the a.m. Didn't stop much - just couldn't go very fast. Good workout though. Also managed to contain tummy troubles despite eating two huge slices of pizza and a salad about 15 minutes before running.

(Olentangy bike path - north to Worthington Hills, south to Dublin Road.) Pretty good. Only stopped once for the light at North Broadway. Went slow through campus area. Windy going northbound. Felt good about the wind and my level of exertion.
