Had a really hard time today. Had to force myself to go to the pool, then to get dressed, then to get in the pool. With each hundred I was thinking, well, I could get out and go home now....
It was a real struggle, so I'm very proud that I even finished. It's been a hard week. Lots going on.

Then held above 17mph after the intervals to finish out the 20 miles. Good job!

Knees felt very bad at the start after riding on the trainer hard.
Felt better and better.
Not too mentally focused, but OK. Felt good about time.

OK. Felt fast, but time did not really reflect that.
Water was nice and cool - no excuses. Not sure why my time wasn't a touch faster. Maybe lack of swimming over the past few days.
