Ran to Park with jogger. Did 1/3 mile loops hard, and took breaks in between to push the kids on the swings. Ran home from park pushing jogger. 300 calories Autolap was apparently turned off. Good max heart rate, though.
Pouring rain. RBB to Easton, then up past 161. Ran with David. Took some sidestreets and detours to explore.
