Very slow, easy run. Partly because of a lot of ice. Partly because of not eating right and not feeling great. Had lunch, then 4 cookies, then went running. Bad idea!
Just not capable of getting the HR up there, either. Possibly because of taxing cycling workout earlier in the day.

Lane 5. WHAT? All the fast people didn't show. I was struggling to keep up and frequently took no rest or just one extra breath at the wall.
Luckily most of the sets were short - 50s or 75s.

Faster on the way out with the wind at my back and downhill. Stopped at half way point for a gel. Rested about 30 seconds off the clock. Trying to see about keeping up my 3mi pace for a longer run. Also, keeping up that pace alone. Felt pretty good about keeping the pace outside in the cold. From HR data, I could have pushed harder.
