Good run. It felt REALLY easy despite quite a few hills. This is the first run where, when the pace slowed, I actually felt uncomfortable and wanted to speed up. Running partner developed a blister but wouldn't admit it for a few miles. That was the slow-down issue. Last mile or so, I ran alone. Perfect weather. I'm feeling really confident.

Ugh, that was a lot of freaking kicking. Dang. I can't remember the last time I did that much kicking in a single set. I did the last 150s really hard, too. I was trying to keep up with the high school swim team kids in the lane next to me. Key word is "trying."
