I was very impressed with the consistency of my pace today. I wasn't pushing it. Running alone at Indian Lake. Nice scenery. My shins and right foot are exhibiting some discomfort. I'm going to rest for a couple days, but needed to get in this long one. HR monitor was off the whole time - only counting every other beat most of the time. But my cardio was in great shape.

5 x 100 on the 2:00 - I was coming in on the 1:34, 1:35 and 1:37, just felt like taking the extra rest

Felt slow at first, then had to keep telling myself to dial it back. Some hills. (Miranova/Aububon park area) Not sure what that 191 heart rate is all about. I don't remember pushing it that hard. On the way back, I was actually able to breath through my nose.
