I'm starting to combine several moves. It was a tough workout.

Iced my foot last night and this morning.  Not feeling better.  I will try to get a strength session in later today.

I just started taking some Ibuprofen this morning and will be icing that foot tendon tonight.  It came out of nowhere.  My run the day before I noticed it was short and nothing unusual.   I noticed it working that night on some home improvement projects.
