Ok, well this is the last thing I'm going to post before the race, I leave tomorrow mornin at 7:30am and I arrive hawaii time at 3:30. Jen is going to meet me at my hotel and we are going to take it from there..

Thank you for all of your kind wishes and good lucks etc over the last two weeks, I hope I do you all proud. I borrowed a digi camera from work in addition to my huge SLR camera. so I guess I'll be the one looking like a tourist.

swam at a different pool, I felt super strong when I kicked in speed, I was easily doing 100s sub 1:45. However thy started changing the lane configuation for a swim fit class, I had to stop for a bit, so I didn't get in my whole work out.
but it's cool, I'm feeling my body thanking me for the rest

Slow casual run,
Well, I am officially the lightest I've been since Grade 10. YEAH! and 20lbs lighter than when I started training pretty crazy..
I am getting nervous, I'm stating to feel like I haven't trained enough.. or hard enough. My biggest goal for Hawaii is to beat my kelowna time.
Kelowna was 2:43:47
If I can do that I will be happy..
