Easy Z1/Z2 trainer ride this morning. Did 4x1:30 Z3 intervals with 1:30 recoveries.

3:52am - 500 cals down and back to bed...supposed to get back up at 4:45, but i got to bed a little late so we're making it 5:45... ya that turned into 7am. Just boxed up the box and I'm getting ready to roll.

Easy trot around outside, SCORE for 60 degrees. Did 5x:30 5K pick ups.

Ok so tomorrow I'm gonna start waking up like I'll do for race morning, that way I'll be sort of used to it by Saturday. Which means, 3:30am wake up to drink 500 cals of carbo-pro and gatorade, then back to bed till 4:45am when I'll wake up for good. I forgot to mention that for my Tri this past Saturday I wore my brand new Oomph! Distance Tri Shorts...they felt really weird at first because it has a lot of padding and i'm not used to it, but as I swam/biked/and ran in it... it was pretty AWESOME!!!
