The 30min run isn't happening, doing a bunch of work before i head out of town and taking exams. Now I'm packing and that's going to take up the rest of the night. I'll do some streching before bed. I'M LEAVING TO GO DO AN IRONMAN TOMORROW!!! holy shit...what have I gotten myself into?

Easy Z1/Z2 trainer ride this morning. Did 4x1:30 Z3 intervals with 1:30 recoveries.
3:52am - 500 cals down and back to bed...supposed to get back up at 4:45, but i got to bed a little late so we're making it 5:45... ya that turned into 7am.
Just boxed up the box and I'm getting ready to roll.

Easy trot around outside, SCORE for 60 degrees. Did 5x:30 5K pick ups.
Ok so tomorrow I'm gonna start waking up like I'll do for race morning, that way I'll be sort of used to it by Saturday. Which means, 3:30am wake up to drink 500 cals of carbo-pro and gatorade, then back to bed till 4:45am when I'll wake up for good.
I forgot to mention that for my Tri this past Saturday I wore my brand new Oomph! Distance Tri Shorts...they felt really weird at first because it has a lot of padding and i'm not used to it, but as I swam/biked/and ran in it... it was pretty AWESOME!!!
