Didn't ride last night. Really didn't feel like it and wasn't really hungry yesterday, so I didn't eat enough to fuel a trainer ride. If that makes any sense. I still ended the day between 750 and 1000 calories under maintenance, so riding would have put me too far down.
My foot feels even better today, still a slight feeling of something wrong, but not much. May ride the trainer tonight, may do some jogging tomorrow or Thursday.

Nothing this morning. Foot feels a little better, but I'll still give it some time off. I'm planning on riding the trainer again tonight.
