Quick run this morning to loosen up for tomorrow's 10K. VERY excited to run it tomorrow. I haven't raced in god only knows how long. August maybe? Anyway, hope everyone has a great Saturday!
Did this run without first using the inhaler to see what it was like ... I'll be using it tomorrow.

I went to bed a 9 last night because I was dragging so much. I could barely keep my eyes open at 8. It was a great night's sleep though ... I think there was only one awakening to attend to nature.
BUSY day ahead. Lots of errands and a fun, fast run. At least that's how it seems at the moment. ;)

Feeling good this morning! Nothing like a little sleep to recharge the batteries. A 47' run today plus some stretching. Need to call the chiro today for an adjustment. Then there's all the mom stuff- return overdue library books, return movies, grocery store, post office. Holy cripes ... I better get moving!
Such a fun run this afternoon! Pretty stressy morning so it was nice to get out and burn that off. 45, overcast and slightly windy. DELIGHTFUL!! Wish they all could be this way.

A variety of circumstances led to yet another night of little sleep. Some snoring, some being in Midway's landing pattern, some rattling windows (I long for new windows) and then Jack wet through around 5 and the night was pretty much over. So, it should be an interesting day.
Had a blast with the girls last night. Funny how when you've known someone for a million years (or 25) how you can completely revert to that behavior without too much effort. By the end of the night we were cracking up about nothing, which clearly signaled it was time to go home. "You said hole."
Coached workout today, which I suspect is a good thing given that I'll probably need a little motivation. DONE! I actually felt pretty good during the workout. Now lunch, followed by a nap. YEA!

Leisurely stroll through the zoo ... well, some stroll, some run and some carrying 38 extra pounds.
Weird dreams all night for the second night in a row. I swear, MGM is hosting a musical extravaganza in my melon. Nice weekend. Managed to get a lot done. YEA! Not sure what's on deck for today yet.
Well, as it turns out on deck is the zoo, a run past the grocery store, swimming lessons for Jack and dinner with the girls. I get to see my two best buds from high school. Should be fun. I think they are more wicked than I am. :o
