Crappy, crappy run. HR was way up today. Was supposed to be a HR run, keeping under 150. Felt worse than I do on a lot of my bricks. Just plugged along to finish it. Not happy with this workout at all.

Didn't get to bed till 1 last night but didn't get up until 10 :) Feel much better now. 6 days till the half-mary!
Gonna ride later while I watch the Panthers. I'd love to predict an upset against the Colts but I don't see it happening. I'd be happy not to get blown out.

Pretty happy with today's race. I'd still like to eventually get down under 2 hrs but this was a pretty good improvement. I took over 4.5 mins off since my race in April. That's nearly 30 secs a mile....not too bad, plus I think this was a harder course. I did much better with cutting out most of my walks and making sure that the ones I took were short, more like 30-45 secs.
